|Recommended: YesGreat For Starters — Brazos Ranch apartments are great for first time movers. I moved here after getting married and it was such a good experience from beginning to end. The property is well maintained, the location is perfect and next to the stores such as HEB and Brazos town center, which makes quick access for groceries and work if you work around the area. At first we did had some miscommunication with the main office in regards for pets and payments, but after some feedback and strong professionalism, the issue did not last a month and they have updated their communication methods for us to be updated in proper manner. The rules in the area are straight and clear, if you have any questions, the office will definitely help you. The maintenance staff are great and responsive, it did amaze me sometimes when they responded even on their day off, I couldn't be more grateful for their services.
The building is well built and sturdy, of course there will be some noise in the area as is located next to a highway, dog park and neighbors but I have not had any big issues that could not be talked about and solved. Unfortunately hurricane Beryl did damage to the area such as fallen trees and roof shims come loose but management took care of it and its residents in quick response.
The monthly payment was comfortable for me and I have not had any issues with them except when I had a bank issue on my side, but the addendum provides more information for that manner and how you can work with the office on a very short period of time.
Brazos Ranch apartments is great for new comers. Mutual respect and communication is key for a comfortable living area and Brazos Ranch did not lack those skills on the long term. I had some good neighbors on my 3 and half years and whenever there was an issue, it was something that a talk could fix.
I appreciate their business and their staff, I couldn't have made a better choice for my first apartment.
