|Recommended: YesWonderful Place To Call Home. — In the time I've lived at Brazos Ranch I've had my share of regular wear and tear and maintenance requests that you would expect to have in any apartment setting. But with all the complications the maintenance staff and property staff have been nothing but exceptional when helping, fixing, or answering any questions I may have had. Wonderful experience so far
|Recommended: YesVery Good — The place is very quiet and beautiful. The cool administration staff, the maintenance staff Luis, José are always helpful and promptly resolve any problems that may arise .I give 3 stars to cross- departmental sound, but its not a difficult thing. Overall 10 10
